Food & Beverage

Fine dining restaurants are differentiated by well-trained chefs who can prepare difficult food items and are exquisitely presented. Meals are served by experienced wait-staffs with experienced food and beverage knowledge in a prestigious atmosphere. The concept of fine dining has advanced over the years. It used to be mandatory to have table linens, fine china, crystal stemware, and silver-plate cutlery to qualify to be referred to as a fine-dining restaurant. Minimal personal interaction between guests and servers were the norm and service was often very formal and reserved. Often embellished with fresh flowers and candles as well, the table was set for a grand dinner. Today the best restaurants focus on the quality of preparation, presentation, and flavor of the food utilizing the best and where possible local ingredients. Waitstaffs need to be engaged, customer-centric, and very-well informed and are sought after by the best restaurants.
